How to place an order
Four steps and about two minutes. A florist in your city arranges the bouquet and the shop's courier brings it.
- Step 1
Choose the delivery city
Tap the city in the site header and say where to bring the flowers. From then on the catalog shows only the shops that really deliver to your address.
- Step 2
Pick a bouquet
Every listing has a photo of the very bouquet the shop arranges, its price, and the shop's rating with buyer reviews. Like it but ordering later - tap ♥.
- Step 3
Fill in the delivery details
The recipient's name and phone, the address on the map, the delivery date and time. The delivery fee is recalculated at once, before payment.
- Step 4
Pay by card
The «Pay» button opens the payment provider's secure page: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
After payment
You can follow the order on its own page - from payment through to delivery. And once the bouquet is delivered, leave a review of the shop.
Questions & answers
Can I order delivery for today?
Yes, if the shop is still taking orders for today. The checkout page shows only the dates and intervals the shop can actually make.
Why were my items split into two orders?
The cart groups items by shop: each shop arranges its own bouquet and sends its own courier. So every order is placed and paid for separately, and delivery is charged separately too.
Do I have to register?
Yes. Signing up with a phone number or through Google takes less than a minute and is needed so you can see the order status and history, and leave a review.
How can I pay?
By card online only, on the payment provider's secure page: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay. There is no cash payment to the courier.
How much does delivery cost?
It depends on the distance between the shop and the recipient's address. The exact amount is shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay; at some shops it is free.
Can I order for someone else or to another city?
Yes. Set the delivery city and place the order under the recipient's name and phone - the courier will call them, while you follow the order status.
How do I track my order?
The order page updates its status on its own, and the link to it is under «My orders» in your profile.
Can I change or cancel an order?
That is up to the shop fulfilling it - each has its own policy. Write to the shop as soon as you can: while the bouquet is not yet arranged, changing something is easiest. The contacts are on the shop's page.
